Thanks for checking out Travelling Tom, we would love to have you on board. Accommodation • Tom can accommodate 6 people to travel and sleep. • Linen package available on request (Fee is $60.00 each bed for two travelers). Please let us know how many people will be travelling, and we will arrange clean and fresh linen for everyone. This Includes pillow, fitted sheet, flat sheet, dona and towels (All linen professionally cleaned after each booking). Kitchen & Dinning • Tom is equipped with a spacious kitchen and large bench top. • Cutlery’s, Dishes and Utensils provided • Please enjoy our complimentary Tea,Coffee with espresso provided. • Dinette inside or outside table with bench seat • Camping chairs provided • Microwave & Oven available for use. • Two Gas bottles provided( 9 kg & 4 kg) - (Please do not do Swap & Go) • Fridge and Freezer with cold packs provided. • Fire extinguisher and Fire Blanket provided. Bathroom • Shower Hot/Cold water equipped. • Mirror and Folding vanity Basin. • Van is equipped with 80 Liters of Fresh water Tank Toilet • We provide few Chemical Toilet Tablets at no extra charge, hirers need to BYO additional tablets • Toilet Cassette must be emptied prior to return or a $350.00 disposal fee charged from the bond. • Grey water tank must be emptied prior to return or a $200.00 disposal fee applies. Travel • Hirer and all drivers must be 21 years of age or older. • Diesel Fuel tank will be full on pick-up and required to be full on drop-off. • No Off-Road/ No Beach driving/ No Extended Gravel Roads. • Unsealed roads must be pre-approved in writing in Camplify Message before the trip begins. Please be familiar with exclusions, terms and conditions of insurance coverage. • Tolls are not included with the booking, please either bring your own E-tag or use the one installed in the van and Pay on drop-off (Any toll invoices received during your hire period will be invoiced back to you as a hirer). • Long trips – Hirers are welcome to take the van up to 200kms a day averaged over the trip, E.g 5 days = 1000kms. Additional kms over the 200kms per day average will be charged at 0.50cents per kms travelled. (This is to cover excessive wear and tear on tyres and mechanical components. This van is maintained at a high standard). • Tom our van is 7.6 meters long, 3.2 meters high and 2.4 meters wide General House keeping & Cleaning • Strictly No Smoking inside the Van,(If smoking smells found in the van post hire, Minimum Bond Deduction $200.000). • Please clean all the equipment’s and van, excessive cleaning will incur a charge. • This van is disinfected thoroughly, cleaning supplies and hand wash/sanitizers provided. • Service fee covers – Restocking amenities, full disinfect, and gas refill. • Honda generator can be provided with a small fee if planning to do free camping. Emergencies • If any engine lights come on the dashboard, pull over immediately. If any accident occurs, get off the road stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 – they call NRMA, then call me. • Damage – If any damage happens, you must report it immediately – Who, What, Where and When will be required. • Our Cleaning Package after the Trip(Excluding Toilet) - If you prefer to choose our cleaning package, these are our after the trip van cleaning charges, - Basic(Water wash) Exterior Cleaning is $100.00 - Extensive(Dead bug marks, Road tar marks,Stains)Exterior Cleaning is $150.00 - Basic Interior Cleaning is $100.00 - Extensive Interior Cleaning is $150.00 - If the van requires Basic Exterior and Interior Cleaning is $150.00 - If the van requires Extensive Exterior and Interior Cleaning is $250.00 *** Minimum hire days during school and public holidays is 6 days *** **** If you have any questions, please feel free to ask us by making a booking request ****

Hiring rules

• → No smoking, inside the Van.
• → Strictly No pets allowed inside the Van, If Pet hair found post hire, A fee of up to $500.00 could be charged from the bond.
• → Fuel tank will be full on pickup and required to be full on dropoff.
• → Please empty Toilet and grey water before returning the Vehicle.
• → Please clean all dishes including all surfaces and leave the van clean.
• → Strictly no offroading allowed for this vehicle.
• → Please be aware this vehicle is 7.67m long and 3.2m high.
• → Please be extra cautious of low bridges and trees whilst driving/parking.
• → 200kms per day distance allowance, additional kms will be charged at 50.cents,this is averaged
• over the duration of the hire. E.g 5 days = 1000kms. 10 days = 2000kms.

  We had a fantastic time driving around the eastern part of Victoria with the camping van Tom. From start to finish, the experience was absolutely seamless. Shijo took plenty of time during the handover to explain everything clearly, which made us feel very comfortable and confident right away. The van was in excellent condition honestly, probably the best camper weve ever rented. What really stood out was the personal touch. Everything was fuss-free, communication was easy, and the whole process felt smooth and well thought out. We would happily rent Tom (or Jerry) again in the future. Thanks so much, Shijo, for such a great experience!

  Travelling Tom was exactly what we needed. All things needed for a week long trip on the Great Ocean Road. High quality and well maintained motorhome. Very easy to drive, set up and move on. Pick up and drop off very convenient near train station. Shijo answered any questions I had promptly. Highly recommend for a family if 4 (two adults and 2 teens).

  Our family time in/with the van was great! We wanted a different/new adventure and definitely we got what we wanted. The van fulfilled our expectations. Driving/mechanic wise no problem it works and performs as expected. Inside as well, all features works fine. Shijo is really supportive and responsive to our doubts/questions and requests. Thanks for that!. As general conclusion it is a good experience worth to be done.
